This is a replacement rifle barrel for the Thompson Center Encore ProHunter platform chambered in 45-70 Government with a 26" blued steel barrel. The barrel features a threaded muzzle with 1/2x28 thread pitch, is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, and includes fluting for reduced weight. Installation involves removing the breech plug and sliding the barrel onto the Encore frame.
