Three Generations of Grady's
In 1961, Grady and Ann Phillips opened “The Sport & Hobby Shop” at the Pruitt Shopping Center in Anderson, SC. That 840 sq ft store was stocked with model planes, trains, fishing supplies, and even Barbies and Slinkies.
Today, Grady's Great Outdoors is a 24,000 sq ft destination for firearms, ammunition, cutlery, clothing, and outdoor gear. Now in its third generation, the Phillips family continues to serve upstate South Carolina with the same faith and values that started it all.
