This interchangeable powder rotor is one of 28 available sizes that work with the RCBS Little Dandy Powder Measure to precisely meter smokeless powder for reloading. The rotor enables up to 400 different loading combinations and requires no readjustment when changing rotors. The measure can be operated by hand or mounted on a reloading bench.
