RCBS Hand Case Neck Turner Kit - 90401

The RCBS Hand Case Neck Turner is designed to peel brass from the outside of a case neck to a consistent thickness, addressing variances commonly found in commercially available brass. This tool improves case neck concentricity and reduces bullet run-out issues, resulting in more consistent and accurate hand-loaded ammunition. The cutter uses caliber-specific pilot/mandrels (sold separately) to guide the case neck during the turning process.
