This side-folding buffer tube adaptor is constructed from 4140 steel and mounts to Picatinny rails, compatible with AR-platform gas piston systems. The adaptor features a full-length locking lug, solid positive lock in both positions, and can be configured for right or left folding. It accommodates mil-spec buffer tube attachments and adds 2.5 inches to firearm length when open and 0.75 inches when folded.
