The LEM Products Jerky Gun is a heavy-duty meat processing tool designed for making jerky strips and snack sticks from ground meat. The barrel holds 3/4 lbs of seasoned ground meat and extrudes flat strips or round sticks ready for drying. Jerky can be dried in an oven in as little as 2.5 hours or in a dehydrator.
