This clamp-on meat tenderizer features two cast iron rollers with tenderizing points designed to soften tough cuts of meat. It securely attaches to table or countertops and includes a protective plastic cover to prevent contact with moving parts. The unit accepts meat pieces up to 1/2" thick with a 4" x 1/2" opening.
