This is a hydraulic recoil buffer designed for AR-9 style pistol caliber carbines with Mil-Spec style carbine buffer tubes (7" internal depth) and 8" or longer barrels. Constructed from stainless steel with heavy damping characteristics, it reduces recoil impulse and improves shooter comfort. The buffer installs directly into the buffer tube and requires no special tools.
