This is a suppressor mounting adapter that screws into the rear of Gemtech GM-9 MULTIMOUNT and TRINITY suppressors to enable use on HK MP5 barrels with 3-Lug mounts and other barrels equipped with male 3-lug adapters. The female quick disconnect design provides convenient attachment and detachment from compatible firearms. Installation is straightforward via threading onto the suppressor rear.
