This case trimmer pilot for .22 caliber (.223-.224" diameter) cartridges grinds cases to 0.005 inches smaller than bullet diameter and trims them perfectly square. The pilot installs into the cutter shaft via set screw and prevents premature bullet release, reducing bullet-to-bore misalignment and improving accuracy.
