This is a complete AR-15 upper receiver assembly featuring a 16" HBAR profile barrel, M4E1 forged aluminum upper receiver, and 15" ATLAS R-ONE M-LOK handguard. The upper comes fully assembled with low-profile gas block and mid-length gas tube, but does not include bolt carrier group or charging handle. Compatible with standard AR-15 platforms and features mil-spec M4 feedramps with matte black hard coat anodized finish.
